Dr. Carter, D.D.S., M.S.
Dr. Carter has been at Victoria Oral Surgery since 1995. Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Carter completed Dental School and received a Master of Science at the University of Maryland in 1983. Dr. Carter completed his Oral Surgery residency at the University of North Carolina in 1991. He is a member of the Texas Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, a member of the Texas Dental Association, and a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. When Dr. Carter isn’t at work, he enjoys attending concerts, car racing, and fine dining.
Dr. Gary S. Fries, D.D.S.
Dr. Fries has been at Victoria Oral Surgery since 2000. He was born and raised in Iowa. Dr. Fries received his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Iowa in 1996. Dr. Fries is a member of the Texas Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, a member of the Texas Dental Association, and a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. When Dr. Fries’ isn’t at work he enjoys attending sporting events, watching sports, anything Iowa Hawkeyes, and spending time with his family.
