Dr. Busch is a highly experienced oral and maxillofacial surgeon proudly serving patients at Victoria Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in Victoria, TX since November 2025. With over a decade of advanced surgical experience, Dr. Busch has held both associate and partner roles at leading practices, including Associated Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and Alamo Maxillofacial Surgical Associates in Texas. In addition to private practice, Dr. Busch served as an Assistant Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX, and practiced at The Methodist Hospital Physicians Organization in Houston, TX.
Dr. Busch is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and maintains active licensure in multiple states, including Texas, Arizona, Nevada, and Illinois. Dr. Busch earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School and a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD), graduating magna cum laude from the University of Florida. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Florida.
Dr. Busch completed an extensive oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at UT Southwestern/Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, TX, along with a General Surgery internship. His academic and clinical background includes research, peer-reviewed publications, lectures on dental implants and sleep apnea, and involvement in professional organizations such as the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
