Dental Implants
A dental implant is an artificial tooth root surgically implanted into your jawbone. Implants are a common option for tooth replacement after tooth loss or extraction. They are used to support crowns, bridges or dentures. Implant placement requires sufficient bone for stability and longevity. If there is not enough bone after tooth extraction a bone graft may be recommended prior to implant placement.
Wisdom Teeth Removal

Bone Grafting

This waiting period is needed to allow your body to form new bone in the grafted area.
Oral Biopsy
An oral biopsy is preformed to remove lesions or abnormal tissue from the mouth. After the tissue is removed, the specimen is sent to a pathology lab for a definitive diagnosis.
